Wow! This winery had an unexpectedly impressive vegan multi course meal and wine pairing, I was m blown away with their vegan dishes and how delicious the wine was given they are known to be a mass wine producers, their estate does a wine tasting with their selective smaller batch estate wines.
I was part of a group of 7 who mostly all ordered the regular lunch menu with one other vegetarian, they had an elegant dining set up with a big bright airy tasting room that had beautiful views and setting for lunch.
The service was attentive, informative, and accommodating and the vegan dishes were so intentionally crafted (unlike the common sad salads and lack luster substitutes), with delicious vegetables straight from their garden on the property - I especially loved the collard green stuffed with mushrooms and farro with a super flavorful broth (pictured), they even had vegan cheese for the last course, and a dark chocolate truffle for dessert.
Definitely a place worth stopping by, don’t be steered away just because it is a mass label brand, it’s rare to find a solid vegan food and wine pairing in this region
Visited here last fall with friends. The weather was lovely so we sat outside under a gazebo and had the Seasonal Wine Flight and Bites. It felt luxurious and most definitely dazzled the taste buds. Nice wines selected for the tastings — and I invariably ended up signing up for the wine club. No regrets there. The wine deliveries I have received since my visit have been great, and I’m glad I have access to wine that is not normally available at my grocery store or local wine shop. Make sure to walk through the gardens where they grow some of the food that is served in the wine tasting. They are beautiful.
We went yesterday for wine and food pairing. We were very nicely taken care of and the food was excellent. The garden was super nice and it was great to see that most of the fruits and vegetables are home grown. Very friendly staff and super exciting to learn about the winery. We had had a lovely lunch. Greetings from the Germans
Visited in late October for a wine and food pairing, and was taken aback by the beauty of the grounds, the delicious wine and cuisine, and the banter between Scott and Kishore. An absolute perfect afternoon; couldn't recommend more. Thank you all for your warm hospitality and a beautiful and relaxing experience!
The wine tasting and food pairing exceeded all my expectations. For $95, you’re given 4 wines, each with a dish (of decent size!). Most ingredients are from their culinary gardens which are open for you to explore. The rest of the ingredients like cheese and lamb were locally sourced. Everything was delicious. Our server was kind and knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. We went on a Wednesday afternoon, it was very quiet and felt like we had the place to ourselves.
Visited with a large group from Earl's and was given a wonderful tour and an even better meal. Our hosts were knowledgeable and friendly, the food was literally the best I've ever eaten, and the scenery was breathtaking. Cannot say enough good things.
Went to KJ for a wine tasting at noon. Very welcoming staff and beautiful grounds. Plenty of wine and was even provided complimentary “Vine to Bar” chocolates to our group to pair with the darker reds during the tasting. We were able to walk around the grounds afterwards and get some great photos of our group. Recommend the tasting for any looking for a Sonoma wine tasting weekend.
Went there for a company wine tasting meal. Excellent service in a beautiful venue.
